Tradie Law Extends Partnership with Wellington Rugby Football Union for 2024
Tradie Law is excited to announce the extension of our partnership with the Wellington Rugby Football Union (WRFU) for 2024. Powered by the legal team at Ford Sumner, Tradie Law is dedicated to supporting trade businesses with tailored legal services that address the unique challenges they face.
Ange Penney, General Manager of Tradie Law, expressed her enthusiasm about the continued partnership: “Tradie Law is committed to upholding values of excellence, unity, and community. We are proud to expand our support into women's rugby by sponsoring the number 22 and 23 jerseys for both the Mills Albert Wellington Lions and Pride teams. This sponsorship represents our dedication to fostering growth and equality in all areas of the sport.”
WRFU CEO Tony Giles also shared his excitement about the renewed partnership, particularly Tradie Law’s involvement in women’s rugby: “We’re thrilled that Tradie Law has stepped up into the women’s space this year. To have upstanding organisations like Tradie Law backing our Pride players is significant and will play a crucial role in helping the game grow.”
This extended partnership reflects Tradie Law's broader commitment to supporting community-driven initiatives and investing in the future of rugby. By sponsoring jerseys for both men's and women's teams, Tradie Law aims to foster a sense of inclusivity and encourage participation at all levels of the game. This collaboration aligns with our core values of promoting fairness and teamwork, not just in sports but in all aspects of life and business.
Looking ahead, Tradie Law is excited about the opportunities this partnership will bring, both on and off the field. We are eager to engage with the Wellington rugby community and contribute to the development of the sport, ensuring that every player, regardless of gender, has the resources and support needed to excel. Together with WRFU, we are committed to making 2024 a remarkable year for rugby in Wellington.
